Progressive Pathways’ services extends its support to participants, by embracing an inclusive approach that includes their families and community. Progressive Pathways’ services facilitates participants engagement in their community by encouraging participation in social memberships, vocational opportunities and community engagement.

Progressive Pathways works towards meeting the participants NDIS goals, which are discussed during the first session on how best we can work towards achieving your goals.

Building a Therapy Plan:
- Based on Assessment outcomes
- Seek input for caregivers, service providers, observations and other assessments if available
- Include Interventions (if applicable)
Practice Skills:
- Mentoring or modelling skills
- Observations of new skills learnt
- Teaching functional life skills
- Provide training to caregivers and/or service providers
Progress Reports and Recommendations – Therapy based:
- 3-monthly review of NDIS goals
- Input from the participant, caregivers, service providers and observations
- Evaluation of NDIS goals or work on alternative goals
- Therapy report recommendations
