Progressive Pathways was founded by Mary Ogle, formed by her passion and commitment for advocacy to provide therapeutic interventions that improve the lives of people with disability.

Mary Ogle

DEVELOPMENTOR EDUCATOR  BDisDevelEd, MDisPolPrac

As the founder of Progressive Pathways, Mary has turned her passion by assisting people with disability in the community. To empower people to live in community and to be part of their society. 

Mary maintains various roles within Progressive Pathways that include, working with participants to achieving NDIS goals, developing therapy programs, building independent life-skills within the home and wider community while also expanding the participant’s families capacity. Mary also collaborates with service providers and other allied health professionals to further educate support workers and mentors the individual to reach their full capacity.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education (Rehabilitation Counselling) and a postgraduate Master of Disability Policy and Practice from Flinders University. Mary also holds a Diploma in Community Services (Mental Health) and a Certificate IV in Business Administration.

Mary Ogle has been awarded membership to the Golden Key International Academic Honour Society and was the recipient of the 2017 Disability and Developmental Education Student of the Year Award (Outstanding Achievers Award) from Developmental Educators Australia Inc.

Mary is a member and currently sits on the committee for the Developmental Educators Australian Inc (DEAI), which is the professional representative body for Developmental Educators.

Mary’s vocation is to support people living with disability, their families and support networks to deliver a range of specialist services by working in collaboration to form positive partnerships.
